About Me

I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) at ICF and a Spiritual Wellness Practitioner. With over 2,600 hours of coaching experience, I have served as an internal and external coach for Global organizations, NGOs, and Academic Institutions. I have been coaching CXOs, VP, and Mid/Senior level professionals to help them create their own strategic career path and realize their individual self-discovery, inhibitions, and vision. I am also a Mentor Coach and helps leaders learn the art of coaching in coaching in their interactions.

I am also a Certified Reiki Master and teacher, and am certified as a Basic & Advanced Theta Healer. Outside of coaching, I am a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT and BPO industry and 8 years of experience in electrical engineering. I live in India and have worked with clients and teams across 4 continents.

PROFESSIONAL TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE

I am a technology consultant in the BPO space.

I have over 20 years of experience in the IT/BPO space, and previously served as the CTO (Executive Vice President) of Firstsource Solutions Ltd. I have worked with a range of technology companies in a variety of roles including Infosys, GEC Alsthom, UB Engineering, and Larsen & Toubro (L&T).

I Continue to consult in the space of Technology Solutions for ITES, BPOs, AI, RPA, Bots.

I have worked in the Social space to find Technical solutions for Learning Management

PROFESSIONAL COACHING EXPERIENCE

I am an International Coach Federation, Master Certified Coach MCC and PCC with experience of 2600+ hours of coaching across various levels of leadership and individuals. I am also a Mentor Coach who has been supporting individuals in pursuing their path to become a certified coach.

I have coached:

Corporate executives, from CEOs to Mid Level Management
Social change makers
Individuals, including students and doctors

I have led the Coaching Program for Global Action on Poverty

(GAP), a non-profit organization that builds and supports change making communities to eradicate poverty.

For me, coaching is a spiritual journey to go from knowledge to knowing, from beyond personhood to draw internal strength and generate from now.
